I needed an image processing program for a while and I found out that Adobe has such a program with the possibility of trial use. I installed the program for trial use. It was strange at the beginning to give the card number in advance for a possible extension after the trial use.
However, I accepted the conditions, and soon the same rumba started, which could only be got rid of with money. I noticed, after some time, while browsing the bank account in other matters, that Adobe had already charged me the first monthly payment from the account after the trial started.
Then began the search for how to get in touch with the company in question. Well, not at all. The task was really difficult. Then I found the cancellation of the order, which was indeed well planned just in terms of shit. There was no way to cancel the trial period at all. In other words, the screwing was already planned at the very beginning, when you accepted the condition for the trial period, so Adobe was coded in such a way that I made the program subscription and monthly payments started right away. (I canceled the order, then immediately got a reply that I have to pay all cancellation costs, etc. approx. €200). I replied that I would file a criminal report with the police, and then another answer came: We accept the cancellation and refund the money I paid. BUT it only came out to €29 and the rest was charged to me €170. This Adobe needs to be investigated by the police immediately and the criminals held accountable.
